Had someone come and failed the task. The light bulb is stuck on the cylinder, can’t twist it off even with a suction cup. There is a cable inside the cylinder which connects to the light bulb, you could potentially cut the wire and try to remove the bulb but it’s your call. MUST do No fix no charge or at least a small amount compensation for your travel once you failed. Have replaced bulb ready

Need to move a ceiling fan by 2 feet in the same ceiling. There is no man hole in the room. Need to cut a small block on ceiling, move the plate and relocate the fan. Also patch work needs to be done in both places after the job. Finally mount the fan to the new place. Ceiling is standard white colour.
