Hi, I’m looking for a licensed electrician to: • Install a Flos 265 wall-mounted lamp on the central wall between the living room windows (see attached photos) • Install a new double power point directly below the lamp mounting position • Keep wiring concealed inside the wall • Only allow a short visible cable drop (approx. 15–20cm from the lamp to the power point) The lamp will be mounted on the ground floor living room wall. There are two bedrooms directly above this wall on level 2. I’m not sure about roof/inter-floor access, but please review the attached exterior and interior photos to assess feasibility. When facing the living room wall (as shown in the photo), there are existing power points on both the left and right adjacent walls. Settlement is on 17 March, so installation would need to be after that date.
