Need an experienced electrician to install a double power point for my under-stairs storage room

I bought an IKEA pendant light. Need help installing. The IKEA kit comes with a dual wire, but I attempted to do it myself and the one in the ceiling was 3 wires.

Good morning Airtaskers. I need 3 x new bathroom exhaust fans with ducting & exterior vents installed. I have 12 meters of ducting, the 3 fans and 3 exterior vents ready to go as soon as you are. There will be no electrical work required. Single storey unit, one bathroom. I am located in Doveton 3177. Weekend availability to complete the task would be much preferred. Thank you.
