We have seven new ceiling light fixtures to replace old light fixtures. The old fixtures include batten and hanging pendants. The new light fixtures include ceiling mounted and two handing pendants.

I am looking to get an air conditioning unit fixed. (Not looking to replace, only repair) Details of situation: I have an air conditioning unit (carrier brand) that is not working. Comes up with an E3 error code and will not respond to the remote but the remote still beeps. Have tried manually switching off by cutting the power as there is no manual on/off button and have cleaned the filters, however switching it on it will go back to the E3 error code after a minute of trying to start up (no air is blowing). The outer unit is located roughly 5m outside the room on the roof of the garage. This unit also rattles when working if that could be fixed that would be great.

Change two downlights in at house in croydon

Each time AC is switched on, the power in one part of the house gets tripped. This keeps happening every time, we try to turn on the AC. Need an experienced electrician to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Looking for a licensed electrician to swap out the old ceiling spotlights in the kitchen with the new ones we've got, like in the pics. They should be insured too!
