We have seven new ceiling light fixtures to replace old light fixtures. The old fixtures include batten and hanging pendants. The new light fixtures include ceiling mounted and two handing pendants.

Three light fittings were removed from the ceilings which will need to be repatched

Qualified technician needed to replace 5 pieces smoke alarm, ceiling mounted. To issue certification after job is done. We have the smoke alarm already .
