Pls find the list of tasks below - 1 spiral Chandler for staircase (Junction Box is already installed) - 2 pendants for the kitchen island - 1 chandelier for dining room (rectangular shape - additional reinforcement already provided) - 1 chandelier for living room (round shape - additional reinforcement already provided) - 8/10 tri-color downlights (replace existing batten lights with downlights) -wired floodlight for garage door area (needs wiring and isolator switch. This one is tricky because there is no existing wire ) - 1 oyster light each for the front porch and alfresco area - 3 Up/down lights in the front (There are 3 Junction Boxes provided for lights controlled by 1 switch in the front porch) All lights (2 pendent lights, 3 Chandlers, 8/10 downlights, 2 Oyster lights, 3 up/downlights), 1 Flood light camera will be provided, as I have already purchased these items. Groundfloor cieling hieght is 2.53 meters and first floor cieling height is 2.41 meters. Photos of existing batten light fitting included that needs to be replaced with Chandlers or Pendants. Mentioned price is just a placeholder, expecting genuine quotes.
