Hello, I need my tenants wired smoke alarm to be checked and have an electrical check at the same property.

Seeking an electrician to repair cabling between the heater control and unit (located as shown in the last photo). The heater unit is located outside. Technician confirmed the unit’s functionality and installed new control. The property is built on stumps with access underneath.

Garage light not working . Have changed the tube light but still not working.

My bedroom light fitting suddenly fell this morning - it seems the plaster gave way around the screws. I have a good stepladder but need someone tall to re-fit the light. The electrical wires are still intact. See photos. I don't think there's any need to patch plaster, since the light fitting will cover the holes. Unless the strength of the plaster is compromised... Edited to add - just noticed one of the clips on the oyster light has snapped, wondering if someone might have a spare, if they're available from Bunnings, or if I need to buy an entire new light fitting.
