I’m closing down my shop and need both the split-system air conditioner and electric hot water unit safely uninstalled and made ready for transport. Both are in working condition — I just need them professionally disconnected without damage to wiring, pipes, or refrigerant lines. Requirements: Licensed or experienced technician preferred Must bring own tools Capable of safely disconnecting power, pipes, and fittings Leave the wall and plumbing tidy No leaks, no refrigerant release

Scope of Work – Electrical Fixtures and Repairs All oyster lights and required power points will be supplied. Reference image of the items is attached. List of Tasks: 1. Kitchen Powerpoint: • Replace the existing loose power point in the kitchen with a new unit to ensure proper and safe installation. 2. Kitchen Lighting: • Remove and replace two existing oyster light fixtures in the kitchen. These are old fittings, so the entire fixture (not just bulbs) will be replaced with new oyster lights. 3. Living Room Lighting: • Remove the current bulb socket and install a new oyster light fixture in the living room. Wiring and connection points are already in place. 4. Bedroom Ceiling Fixture: • Remove the existing ceiling fan in the bedroom and install a new oyster light fixture in its place. 5. Bedroom Powerpoint: • Replace the broken power point in the bedroom that is hanging out of the wall with a new power point. 6. Bathroom Powerpoint: • Replace the broken power point in the bathroom with a new one. 7. Staircase Pendant Light: • Secure and repair the loose cable cover for the pendant light above the stairs. A tall ladder will be required to access this area safely. 8. Hallway Powerpoint: • Replace the faulty power point controlling the hallway lights with a new one.

Light in laundry just went out and stopped working, but the switch for it to turn on also needs to be replaced with a new switch for it because the one now is like stuck and doesn’t flip up and down properly like it should. And garage light the switch is pushed in to far that we are unable to even turn the light switch on.

Had skylights installed however I have water seeping through. Noticed that skylights also have not been screwed on from the inside. I would like to see if I can get them fixed.
