Level 1 (living areas): • Install 3 chandeliers in existing light fitting locations. • Each site currently has a ceiling light connection but requires the installation of a ceiling hook to safely secure the chandelier. Notes: • All electrical wiring is in place from existing light fittings. • Only structural fixing (hooks) and chandelier installation are required in addition to connection.

Access to the ceiling is quite easy, as there is ample roof cavity available if needed, although I believe it may not be necessary since these are small rooms and the existing lights provide good access. Hot water heater runs out of hot water after approximately 2 days. To fix it, I have to switch off the water heater on the electrical switchboard and flush the tank. As you can imagine, it is exhausting to do this every 2nd day. Will need a plumber to come and diagnose issue and fix.

Hi, Last couple of months I've been hit with really high electricity bills (around $500 month) and I want to know if it's a particular appliance or a phantom load etc. In context I would usually pay around $200-300 max during the colder months (June - Aug). It's just me my wife and baby. I don't have solar (not interested as I might sell). The only changes that occured was i got a tesla wall charger installed (only charge my car 2x a month max) and maybe we use a bit more heating than usual because of the baby but I don't think it's enough to spike my bill by that much. Looking for an electrician who can do an audit or try isolate the culprit. I pay 27.5c kWh flat rate (and 13.75c controlled load). Let me know if you need any further information
