Hello everyone, I'm seeking a quote for installing down lights in four small rooms. We would like to install four lights in each room, along with three ceiling fans. Additionally, two of the rooms will be equipped with dimmers. I will supply the necessary lights and fans. Access to the ceiling is quite easy, as there is ample roof cavity available if needed, although I believe it may not be necessary since these are small rooms and the existing lights provide good access. Hot water heater runs out of hot water after approximately 2 days. To fix it, I have to switch off the water heater on the electrical switchboard and flush the tank. As you can imagine, it is exhausting to do this every 2nd day. Will need a plumber to come and diagnose issue and fix.

Hi, Last couple of months I've been hit with really high electricity bills (around $500 month) and I want to know if it's a particular appliance or a phantom load etc. In context I would usually pay around $200-300 max during the colder months (June - Aug). It's just me my wife and baby. I don't have solar (not interested as I might sell). The only changes that occured was i got a tesla wall charger installed (only charge my car 2x a month max) and maybe we use a bit more heating than usual because of the baby but I don't think it's enough to spike my bill by that much. Looking for an electrician who can do an audit or try isolate the culprit. I pay 27.5c kWh flat rate (and 13.75c controlled load). Let me know if you need any further information
