I need downlights instal in my living and dinning area

Looking to install 5 fans & 35 downlights in a double storey house. Pls give me a quote for install only.

Need a couple of things done 1) install 3 x down lights in study 2) install a PowerPoint 3) extend a light switch - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 29 May 2023

4 Garage downlights to be installed on eaves on the ground floor. This includes new wiring and connection from garage and switch.

Install 43-50 lights/downlights inside. Single story house. It's an older house with existing wiring and having downlights but we want to change all of them as part of the renovation. I do want to add a second switch to each room if possible (optional). Pls quote your best per downlight rate estimate if you like and that will allow me to make a decision. I do appreciate that it's cheaper in bulk and hence I do want to get it all done by one person/team. I do have a wonderful electrician but he's unavailable for a few weeks.

Need a sparky to install about 20 - 30 LED down lights in a 3 bedroom single storey home in Castle Hill (no for kitchen and dining room as they already have down lights). Can use current light switches. Also wondering if there is a possibility to dim the lights. The house mainly has single light globes (see living room photo), with the exception of the sun room which has different lights (see sunroom photo). I currently have downlights in the ceiling. I have purchased a new set of LIFX smart downlights. I need 4x Lifx 4in downlights installed: - current lights may be smaller than the new 4' ones and the hole in the ceiling may need to be expanded - the new lights come with a normal Aussie electrical plug. I'm not sure if the outlet in the ceiling has that or if its direct wiring. I need some guidance on this and we may need some small adapter from bunnings?
