Install 2 x airconditioners. Each air conditioner is going onto a wall near a power point. I can supply the aircon or you can supply it. Each aircon only needs to cool/ heat a normal bedroom size 3x 3m. I have also attached a photo of the exterior wall along which the airconditioners will go. Also: Relocate modem box from lounge room to dining room. Install 5 new power points in yet to be constructed new walls Install 2 new downlights Relocate 1 light switch Remove 1 old ceiling light fitting and leave the hole ready for plastering Install a box/cover over loose cables ( see picture) Replace broken light switch where the switches have fallen into the wall Split 8 downlights lights currently operated by one switch into 2 separate switches House is single story and made of plaster walls and timber frame. There is good ceiling access and under floor access.

The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have failed (flickered and went out completely). This is affecting the lighting on our sales floor, making some display areas dim. The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required - Approximate ceiling height: 3 meters). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers. 4. This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.
