The split system in my Fortitude Valley apartment that has stopped working (seems to just have no power). Certainly needs repair (if it can be) but also a service and clean. I'm hoping to find someone that is good but also some availability for sooner rather than later as seeing some are taking bookings in 4+ weeks.
