Zee did a phenomenal job doing both electrical and general handy man work around my house. The task I gave him was not straight forward so two trips to my home was necessary. Zee also had to pick up more materials which I had agreed to supply. Zee not only refused to let me pay him more for the extra 4 hours of time he put in but also wouldn’t let me pay for the materials! What an amazing guy. I can’t recommend him enough. 11/10. Main Tasks: 1) Drill through masonry walls as necessary and take power from internal powerpoints to outside. 2) Feed power cable up wall cavity if possible to hide. If not possible, allow for installing external conduit up outside wall (I will provide) and running the cable through this. 3) Install 2 x new external GPOs (I will provide) and test they work. 4) Ensure all holes are sealed from water ingress. No clean up necessary. I will clean up after you. Saves you time. Requirements: A. You must be licensed for electrical work and have indemnity insurance. B. Tasks: 1) Drill hole through tiled, internal masonry wall in bathroom. 2) Run the towel rack's power through white conduit to power socket on other side (about 2m of conduit needed - supplied by you). There is a built-in wardrobe on the other side. 3) Install heated towel rack to bathroom wall in accordance with instructions. 4) Replace old power socket with new one. (supplied by me) 5) Install relay puck in this power socket (supplied by me). No clean up necessary. I will clean up after you. You must have a drill bit that can drill clean holes through tiles without cracking them. C. You must have experience installing relays eg Shelly or others and know how to wire these. Alex installed a heated towel rack controlled by a relay and he did a great job. Great communication and he came when he said he would. I'd have no hesitation using him again or recommending him to others who need a licensed electrician.

Foong was very experience, detail, honest, and was able to isolate the electrical problem on my solar system efficiently. I initially thought the problem was with the solar inverter but Foong quickly worked out that it was the switch which had burnt out. I will definitely be using Foong again as an electrician in the future.
