Need the smoke alarm certification after the checkup in a single level house

1. The recessed lighting along the staircase is loose and needs to be properly fixed. 2. The electrical main meter box is not closed correctly, which allows water to enter the box. 3. The electrical main switch box cover is currently open. This needs to be secured and checked to ensure it is functioning properly. 4. Please also carry out a full inspection of the electrical distribution board. Recently, there was circuit breaker happened, and the A/C was not turning on at that time. Although the issue was fixed, I would like to ensure there are no remaining or hidden problems. ALL THE PICTURES ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE.

No power to garage and switches there as Well. I can’t keep the fuse on from switch board and it keep tripping down

accidentally drilled a screw into a power cable inside a stud wall, which initially caused the circuit to trip. I have already cut open the drywall to locate the issue, so the damaged wire is fully exposed and ready for fix (see photos). power is currently back on after removing the screw, but we switched off now to fix the wire insulation. We need electrician to repair the damaged section (likely with a junction box ) and safety test the circuit. Thanks

Electrician needed. - 4 ceiling fans (Fanaway) W/ remote. I have timber if required for support. Fans are already purchased. - 4 downlights on 3 switch (already purchased).
