Combined light/ceiling fan was installed with no wall control, only remote control. Fan has begun randomly turning on. To avoid a potential electrical fault associated with this "always live" state, I want you to connect up a wall-mounted controller (Off L M H). This could be run with the light switch, but access is tight, so a separate cable down the cavity wall is acceptable.

Hi, we were told that all the old cloth wiring had been removed when we had renovations done 7yrs ago but apparently there is still some around in the roof. We have installed Philips hue downlights but 4 of the old lights were on a circuit with a dimmer. So now those hue lights flicker on and off. So we need to rewire the switch circuits on this panel so that they work with the new lights and not the old ones.
