We understand that appliances can be difficult to install for some people. It’s better to hire a trusted professional to ensure your dryer is properly installed and working. Preparing the installation site
The moment you plan to install a new dryer, it’s important that your installation site is ready. Your Tasker will ensure all the connections and, depending on the type of dryer, the proper exhausts or vents should be ready and safe to use. Should there be any issues with vents, exhausts or electrical systems before your installation, you may need to get a handyman to have these checked.
Preparing your new dryer
Dryer installation technicians could also help you unbox your dryer if needed and check if there are any defects or damages if you’re not familiar. They can also help you check if everything supposed to be in the box is all accounted for. If you have an existing dryer, you could also ask them to disconnect and tear it out for you if they can. Then they’re going to have it ready to complete your condenser or vented tumble dryer installation.
Connecting your appliance
Not sure how to install a tumble dryer yourself? Don’t fret, since a Taske can take care of it for you. They take charge of connecting your appliance to the electrical socket. Our SEIKI SC-70AU9DRHPC front load dryer has stopped working. A very long piece of foam has come undone from around the drum - I’m pretty sure it is the drum seal and that this needs replacing. Currently, the dryer makes noise but the drum doesn’t turn when you switch it on. Unfortunately my husband stuck the seal back in around the drum so I don’t have a photo handy to confirm.

Dryer is fisher and paykal with the standard universal dryer mounts. Just needs to be re-mounted on the bracket as it has come off on one side. Probably a 20 min job :)
