The pergola area currently has only one downpipe installed for a 4x3 m section, which is insufficient. As a result, the gutters fill quickly and overflow, causing the backyard to flood during heavy rainfall. We require an assessment to determine the appropriate number of downpipes needed and whether a soak well installation is also necessary.

Replace 3 downpipes and refit 1

My patio downpipe is flooding my patio area as there is no drainage. I require something to be installed to fix this.

I just installed a new down pipe and I need a plumber to help connect underground drainage pipe.

Current down pipe is rusted through at the elbow and needs replacement. I have no idea of realistic budget so please feel free to submit quote if interested.

Very long, 3 storey, needs new elbow near gutter and to be reattached to wall. PVC down pipe appears to still be in good condition. There are balconies to work from.

Leak is where the gutter joins the down pipe and water caused water damage to a small piece of the eave lining board.

Two jobs 1. Supply and install another downpipe to an existing gutter. The gutter is approx 2.4 m from ground and round surfmist downpipe is required. 2. Seal a leak in a join. May require removal of existing silicone.
