Find a professional downpipe contractor in SA

I am looking for a plumber to check my gutter and downpipe and provide a quote for upgrade. Attached photo seems to indicate a capacity/overflow issue.

Following installation of Veranda - down pipe needs attaching to storm water pipe. Storm water pipe also needs moving/adjusting (currently runs under steel posts) As per photo, I have circled the down pipe, and the storm water drain and approx where it runs.

Installation of a downpipe from the gutter a couple of meters down to the drain. Previous plumber had not made the connection/fitting FLUSH connecting the gutter to the downpipe, therefore when it rained heavy to water could not make it over a 1-2cm lip and the gutter would overflow. New attachments may be required.
