Need downpipe fitted to existing downpipe on rain water head using T junction and U . No digging up of concrete required . Will need the downpipe painted I have the downpipe and paint . Just need the labour to do it

Where pergola and house roofs meet, there is only one downpipe and in heavy rain, water overflows from the gutter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I'm thinking of replacing the rectangular downpipe with a round one and then in the corner of the gutter where it overflows, adding in a second downpipe outlet which then connects back into the existing downpipe (distance of about 600mm from corner to downpipe). I would want to to paint the PVC pipes before they are installed, so they would either need to be delivered to me first, or you can advise me what to buy and I'll buy and paint first and let you know when I'm ready to go.
