Find a professional downpipe contractor in North Brisbane

I need a hole cut near the base of the main downpipe on my back patio and a small outlet pipe attached to direct excess stormwater flow out onto my sloping back lawn. The gutters are five years old and the main stormwater pipe have been replaced with 100mm pipe which goes down to the council mains at the bottom of the yard. But in heavy rain the pipe backs up into the gutter which then overflows like a curtain waterfall. My brother-in-law had the same problem and installed a small outlet pipe at the base of his main downpipe; problem solved. I have an account with Fallons but am finding them too expensive to use now. I would like some quotes please.

I am trying to be accurate as I have left out small details in previous add- I need a metal down pipe installed , you will need to cut out a small bit of cement then add PVC pipe at bottom to connect into the main drain. you will have to cement the hole to make it look neat I understand the cement can not be matched !. You need to have a small cutter 9 inch cement is not that thick. Your role, will be to let me know what parts are needed I will then buy what is required. You must have your own tools to install. Current style of down pipe in last image zoom in please.

I have a drip from inside a metal down pipe. Starts when rains or overnight due to condensation. Very annoying. 2 story house. Where the water hits is about halfway up (easier to get to). Need someone to either: - fix length of rope to the top of the down pipe and hang it down the inside of the down pipe. Theory is that this will attract the water and stop the drip. - or cut open near where is dripping and glue some sponge or scouring pad to inside. Then repair cut down pipe. Broken downpipe on bend below roof line

I need a reasonably quick bit of roof plumbing done, just bought a house and one of the downpipes just runs into the garden, need about 10-15 metres of pipe work done to splice it into the stormwater connected downpipe. It’s not a straight run but wouldn’t take that long to do. Also, no trenching required as it is a Queenslander and can be hung under floor or even straight along the deck face
