Looking for someone to: • Rebuild a wall and gyprock both sides. • Advise if a built-in wardrobe can be done in this space (happy to defer to your expertise, or consider other options if not practical). • Install a door frame and window frame on an existing doorway and window frame. • Paint the wall once completed (great if you can handle this too). The job is in an apartment on the 5th floor. There is both a lift and stairs available for access. Please note: the photo attached is old — the electrical cables shown have since been disconnected by a licensed electrician and made safe, so you can go ahead and do the job without issue. Hi we have a leak we've had for a while ever since we removed the flashing at the bottom of our doors on our balcony. Looking for someone to purchase and properly install flashing + seal at the bottom of two of our door frames tomorrow at 10.30am. The place is an Airbnb so time has to be then as they can give access. We will cover cost of all materials. Need 2 door's hinges replaced! :)

Need a handyman who can repair a door that came off its hinges due to strong wind and also damaged the door frame. Secondly another door needs a handle/lock replaced or potentially just fixed if possible. There is also damage around the door handle that needs to be repaired.
