We're a small startup that works with pubs, restaurants, and hotels to connect our hardware into their AV systems so our content can run on their existing TVs. In simple terms, our hardware connects into the venue’s modulator and coaxial cables that deliver free-to-air TV, so our videos can play across the venue’s screens. We’re looking for an AV technician to partner with us on an ongoing basis to: 1. Help us install our hardware at venues (it's mostly plug and play but if the av setup is complicated it will require some help) 2. Troubleshoot if something goes wrong (e.g. a wire is accidentally disconnected and the TVs stop working)

- Company laptop doesn't connect to the TV easily. Usually have to unplug and plug in the HDMI cord several times in order for the TV to recognise the laptop. - Sound on the screen during a meeting is crackly - WiFi drops in and out which means the meetings are disrupted - Company laptop doesn't connect to teams

I require the assistance of an IT technician to complete the following: * Connect a current model iMac to a secondary monitor via a Targus docking station * Connect a Cannon printer to the iMac * Assist with Microsoft 365 (possibly security, sync related) issues occurring on a Windows 11 laptop

Have 2 x Microsoft Surface Studio 2 computers that need to be factory restored. No passwords to login, so you will need to be able to reset them without being able to login. According to Google, you have to create a recovery USB but can only be done by using another surface device. Have a hi look system 9 cameras and nvr There was a factory reset done and know cameras not working. Asking for admin password. Was told to down load software and power up individual through software and located and it will get up address. There might be a reset button in the nvr?? Just need them working
