The goal is to add a new user to the lock, but the current owner has forgotten the admin password, so we’re unable to access the app or settings to add users. I’m looking for someone familiar with Orion or Grid Connect smart locks (or similar Wi-Fi/Bluetooth locks) who can: Reset or recover the admin password Reconnect the lock to the Grid Connect app if needed Add a new user for access Please bring any tools or knowledge needed for a safe reset — the lock is installed and fully functional otherwise.

My laptop was connected to our home Wi-Fi, however the Wi-Fi now only works sometimes and not at other times. All other devices are working the Wi-Fi network. I have tried to reconnect to the Wi-Fi numerous times automatically but it cannot find the Wi-Fi network. I put in the Wi-Fi password but it doesn’t recognise the Wi-Fi password. Model is a Lenovo Thinkpad1 system model 20TDCT01WW. Will need to visit me to set up - not able to do remotely
