I have an ipod classic and itunes on a windows 11 laptop. I'm struggling to load my audiobooks into itunes and get it to sync with the ipod (this has worked for years).. likely ipod needs updated software, itunes needs adjusting or re-install to allow local uploads and possibly to sync... and I'm vision impaired so am particiularly bad at finding icons to click so this is soo not me even if I really had the tech' skills... but I want it to work as ipod classic is still quite tactile in its controls and audible has 100s of books I want to listen to. I'll need to be there as I'll need to login to the machine & apple and audible.. I'm avalable Tue 9-3 or Wed <midday or after 3

Guests at my Airbnb property are no longer able to connect to the internet. Service Provider: SpinTel Wifi Router: ASUS DSL-AC68U The current provider & configuration has worked without issue for years. There was a recent outage on my street, which appears to correlate with this downtime. My Service Provider has reset the connection their end & do not see an issue from their systems. Minimal network traffic is reported on my service provider account so it is not a broken connection issue. Guests have rebooted model & router several times to no avail. A technician changed configuration on the wifi router last week to accept dynamic IP, and the wifi connection worked for a short period (5-10 minutes) and then the internet was no longer accessible. Their Amazon Alexa device still has an active internet connection so feels like it might be a router configuration issue. I am overseas & need someone to diagnose & resolve the issue on-site, including discussing with my service provider if necessary.

Rang hp( computer screen stuck on “automatic repair screen!)—- they’ve gone thru diagnostic on ph- hardware all good/ passed test . I don’t have a 2 nd laptop for hp to guide me thru a full reset. Hp charge$60 for a usb to be sent to me—- they can then guide me thru full rest. Might take a while to get that done tho—- would like it done quicker
