Requirements: Equipment: You must supply your own heavy-duty cleaning chemicals, cloths, and equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.). Attention to Detail: While I am not asking for a whole-house bond guarantee, this specific room and bathroom must pass a strict property management exit inspection.
