changing existing pendant lights in the kitchen, plugs are already installed, install a new small chandelier, and add one focus light in the ceiling .

What I need is the two hanging lamps removed as marked in red and then these chandeliers installed such that they are hanging from closer to the wooden beam on the ceiling as marked in green. Lights removed should be patched as best as possible if required. Carpet floors so plz ensure plaster isn't left. Height at the highest is 3M+ to ladder required. Needs to be an electrician. I'll buy it once I see quotes on install, and they say it'll deliver in a few days so a job next week should be fine and reasonably flex on when.

I have 2 large vintage chandeliers that are extremely delicate. I need a frame to help support them upright. I will also pay for the materials.
