Need a certified electrician to Install a small Chandelier in the hallway

I need a licensed electrician to install a Chandelier above my stairs. Wiring is pre done and left somewhere in ceiling. Also need to add a power point in benchtop behind microwave.

Job details: Install a chandelier (approximately 30kg). Ceiling height is over 6 metres. Install an electric winch/hoist system in the ceiling so the chandelier can be safely lowered for first time installation and for future cleaning and maintenance. Securely mount the winch and chandelier to the roof structure, ensuring it is appropriately load-rated and compliant with Australian standards. Connect the electrical wiring for both the chandelier and the winch (if required). Test the chandelier and winch operation after installation. Ensure all wiring and fixings are neat, safe and concealed where possible.

I have two chandeliers which needs to be installed. One on top of dining table and another on enterance coridor. My house is single story low set building and ceiling height is 2.7 m. So easily accessible with normal ladder. I have uploaded the photos of chandeliers and rooms as well as switch boards here and also they need to be wired from power point to have separate switch beside other lights switches in same place.I am flexible in suggested dates which suits you.

3 chandelier installation, one is staircase chandelier not heavy, then 2 are kitchen bench top chandelier lights and then the last one is the dinning table chandelier. I have attached the picture of the chandelier
