Carpet got burnt because of hair dryer

Need to fix a small burn mark on carpet. Only the very top layer got fused

Carpet has been separated at seams. Has been tapped over with painters tape. A bit frayed at the edges. Need to remove the tape, trim the frays, and patch the seam. Would like to lay someone on a time and materials (T&M) rate. There is greater work beyond what is listed, this is an opportunity to establish a working relationship fr future contractor work.

Needing a patch fixed in my carpet

I’ve had new carpet installed and now one of my internal doors no longer fits properly – it’s too tight against the carpet. The door is currently off its hinges and just needs to be shaved down slightly at the bottom and then rehung. Looking for a qualified chippy or someone experienced with this kind of work to: - Trim the bottom of the door to allow clearance over the carpet - Rehang the door securely Should be a quick job for someone with the right tools. Flexible with time but need to get it sorted on either Friday or Saturday few days. Located in Toorak.
