Hi the tenant’s cat ruined the carpet and I was wondering if it’s worth fixing this and a few little corners on other steps as well or just get it removed ?? Open to suggestions or quotes. As I have never had to deal with this before. Thank you

Ive started but the pine surrounds with the tiny nails are sticking so need someone to remove those and the carpet with underlay. I will have it tipped latee if easier for you to just roll it up and leave it . Sorry it has to be done by Friday
