I need six of the rotten wooden steps in the balcony stair case to replace with new timber. Sizes are 1000mmx290mmx45mm . Timber H3 Treated pine F7 grade.

Have an existing set of treated pine stairs that need repair. Timber is fine but structure needs refixing and bracing. Also need timber handrail installed down stairs. Will need own tools. Per hour. Have other bigger framing jobs coming up if interested and have right experience.

Need a fireplace reinstalled and the flu kit corrected as I am advised it’s not quite installed correctly. It’s a large Wood Heater and the flu currently runs up, then off on a 15 degree angle for a few meters before penetrating the colourbond roof. It’s a triple skin flu kit at the moment but could be changed to the smaller full insulated kit if needed to get the 45deg angle? Some pics attached. Heater was removed for floor installation and is sitting just outside room on dolly’s.

Approximately 5 to 10 mm (i.e. 1 cm) to be taken off 1 display cabinet with glass doors height 190cm on new vinyl plank floor needs to be secured to wall. 1 bookcase height 122cm has 3 existing glides at bottom and 1 missing (on same flooring), need to be replaced with 4 the same (I have replacements), then secured to wall. 1 bookcase height 180cm on new carpet needs to be secured to wall. There is existing metal device to attach to wall but may need replacement. You will need to supply your own working table and tools for planing of the door.

Assemble and install laundry cabinetry, x2 1500mm walk in wardrobes and linen press. Fix and level to wall

Hi Need an opinion on the following: Just lifted up a piece of plywood from our top outside stairs and noticed the planks underneath are rotten! Are you kindly able to replace rotten wood, make good, and sand/stain the other stairs? We’ll pay for any wood and stain. Thank you for considering. Darren

Am needing acoustic slats installed vertically to an existing wall. They are attached to a black material so can either be installed with adhesive or using black screws into the existing frame work. No battens needed. Panels would require some cutting to fit, and would need two cut outs to fit around two power points. The wall is roughly 2400 high x3380 length. The panels are 2700x600 Panels will be here ready to go.

Kitchen guy has done a runner with our drawer front so need a replacement panel made for front of drawer front. Runner is Titus. Colour is Bayleaf. Have offcuts to match paint.
