Timber deck construction off existing home with stairs attached

A piece of stained glass/led light in the sidelight adjacent to our door has broken. We would love for it to be repaired in a similar style or to hear your suggestions of how you would fix the issue.

There are few timbers rotten on the deck. Need to replace.

We need to extend the area below the Timber beam to 15cm. Please see the photo for your reference. In that way we can install a cornice in the living and kitchen area. Not sure how this can be done ? Hi, I've an outdoor timber table that needs a repair to one of the legs, and also couple of chairs from the same set needs some small repairs. Would also like the table and all 8 chairs given a sand and re-coating with stain / protect. Apologies to those who responded when this was originally posted, we had a few unexpected things that got in the way of progressing this.
