Water leaks have damaged ceilings in 2 different rooms (garage and dining room - see photos) which needs redecorating. Leak has been fixed. Also flaking paint round the edges of ceiling in walk in wardrobe area that needs scraping off and repainting (see photos). I have the ceiling white paint leftover from original renovation, so you'll only need tools. Need job done on Wed 3rd or Fri 5th Sept this week.

Build entrance hall drywall with timber frame and gyprock panels. See pic for demo (brown paper). Install skirting boards and cornices to match existing. Finish to be ready for painting.

Hi, I’m after a base for bar height bench 3120x780x40 and installed by next week at pymble area. Will need the side cabinets 200-300 x2 with hinges door and wine storage 400 in the middle to support the stone bench. Draft plan attached without the side cabinet but flexible with ideas and design. Our outdoor dining table has been exposed to the weather for 4 years now and needs to be sanded and re-stained as its current stain goes off with just a wipe. The table top is teak and the legs are powder coated aluminium. 240 cm long by 110 cm wide. It's on a large balcony with power and water access, and the area is in the shade (Vergola).
