A carpenter required to install a shaving cabinet the bathroom

Looking to have an outdoor stair case built similar to picture from verandah to the garden. Approx 7 metres wide. Remove pavers that are there to expose concrete underneath. Remove garden bed and assess if concrete strip needs to be laid to match the other side. I would like a the lower step footing to be on concrete and potentially a concrete strip may need to be laid. See picture for ideas on what we are looking for. Verandah balustrade removed and both sides repaired as the panels are loose or unattached. Can use some of the removed ones to repair the side ones. No painting required.
