We have a commercial shed in Wakerley. We are building a mezzanine in 1/3 of the space. Work required: Manufacture 6 metal poles with base plates and brackets on the top to allow cross beams to be bolted to them. Drill and chemset posts to the concrete floor. Manufacture brackets to join cross beams to existing shed beams. Mount cross beams into position. Weld tabs onto cross beams for purlins to bolt to. Bolt all floor purlins into place. Install stair runners and treads. Install red tongue flooring. Manufacture gate, hand rails and kick plate. There are guys in the workshop that can assist at times. I have all of the materials, mig welder, forklift, mag drill, laser level and all equipment to be able to fabricate. - Due date: Flexible
