I need to move a timber window upstairs and into position on a renovation project. Must be fit and strong. Window size is 2.2m x 0.8m

We've recently had our offer to purchase a new house in Lota accepted. We plan to have our settlement August 26th, and as soon as possible after that, we'd like to build a new deck. This substantial deck rennovation would be extending the existing small balcony deck on the top floor (roughly 1 x 5 meter) by a new covered 7 (length) x 2 (width) meter deck space. This would also include installing a sliding glass door (~2m width) into an existing wall (replacing existing window). Approximately 2.5 m high, so it will require council approval. We'd also be interested in replacing wire balustrades with glass on both ground and top floor decks. With the current owners, we have negotiated renovationists to visit the property for measurements and quotes in July and August before we move in. Looking for a qualified builder who is able to complete the job as soon as possible in late August/early September. This job is just to get a rough quote and confirmation of availability. We will be able to visit the property from mid July for more detailed measurements. Will be able to share the drawings once the job is assigned. I need 2 walls to be insulated to prevent moisture to get build in places like wardrobes. The 2 walls are 10 meters and 5 meters. It would be our preference to accomplish it from the outside other than the inside. that would be remove the cladding boards and put them back afterwards. We can talk about doing it from the inside should the job take less time in that way.
