Work includes door jambs, Subfloor Fix, Architraves, Caulking, Grouting, Ceiling Paint, small wooden door replacement etc.

Cut and install laundry Bench top plus sink and an additional base cabinet( from Bunnings flatpax)

Just to replace some old timber on a verandah 5mx2m, and install roofing sheet. I need to extent it by one meter. So , two posts must be installed .I will supply the material and help with the task,

A deck which is ~50m2 need to be sanded and re-stained (2 coats). Nails will need to be punched. No idea of price so make me an offer. Ideally someone who’s has experience.
