Looking to get the damages on the timber floor fixed. Refer to the photos below for more detail. Consider replacing the damaged timbers with new ones of similar size and colour. Need to replace about 4 - 5 timbers in total with a few more minor scratches and indentations that can be fixed with wood fillings.

To build something similar at my apartment entrance. The cabinets can be purchased ready made. The total timber screen length is about 2m.

Our new Kitchen has been 3/4 installed. But due to unforeseen circumstances the installer can’t finish the job. The only things left to do are install the Cabinet Doors and the Draws. There is 7 upper cabinet doors, the sink cabinet and the cooktop cabinet. There is 15 draws to be installed (already built just need to add the mechanism inside the cabinet and attach the fronts/handles.

The External Wooden Staircase last 3 step tread collapsed. The stair case need to be repaired. It is a 12 steps staircase.

I need a professional builder/carpenter to complete a small job. A section of panelling has pulled away from the back of my home and needs to be fixed back in place before that happens. I’d like some insulation placed in between the cavity. There is an air-conditioner that is fixed to this panelling and needs to be secured back on with the brackets. All electrics are still in place and everything is working.

Need to remove some small cabinets from an existing kitchen to fit a new fridge. Remainder of kitchen to remain intact and in place. - Due date: Before Saturday, 24 June 2023

Stairs creak and slight bow when stood on at the back of the step. 13 stairs total. There does not appear to be access to the stairs from underneath.
