4 external wooden steps are wobbly and loose. Previous repair did not last. The groove that the steps sit in has eroded.

We would like the top and sides of an oak dining table professionally restored. It is 220mm x 110mm x 5 mm high. Photos are attached. We would like either a 2pac PU finish (its current finish) or potentially a hard wax finish - to be discussed. Table will need sanding but no corrections of existing irregularities as it is recycled oak with pre-existing dents. Please include your experience with furniture restoration. We have 3 x rooms with strange wardrobes that have a divider down the middle. I’m not sure if it’s dividing anything important or just hollow space. There are 2 doors, a divider ‘wall’ and then another door. Either: remove entirely and place a thin section of melamine board as a divider (could use what’s already there if preserved) Or if it is housing something structural or important, cut back a couple of inches to allow for sliding doors at the front. I’d prefer to remove entirely if possible. Please quote for 1, assuming whatever works for that will be the same for all 3.

Need somebody to secure/brace a 2000mm (H) x 800mm (W) cabinet to a plaster wall by using the suspension rail (would need to be cut to size) or installing a 20mm (D) x 800mm (W) white piece of wood to the studs in the wall that is flush with the cabinet. The two metal brackets on the cupboard can then be screwed into the wood. We have the bracket screws and washers but not the piece of wood. Must be able to provide a quality finish with no raw edges and note this is a 1980 build so studs may be different distances to current requirements.
