Looking for someone to build and finish Gyprock bulkheads above newly installed cabinetry in our kitchen and laundry. Cabinetry is already installed. There are gaps between the top of the cabinets and the ceiling that need to be framed, sheeted with Gyprock and set/sanded ready for painting. There are a few sections in the kitchen and laundry - see attached photos for the areas highlighted that need to be completed. Looking for a neat finish that ties into the existing walls/ceilings and cabinetry. Please include labour and materials in your quote.

One small kitchen cabinet 435 W x 340 D x 850 H (external measurements) made from white melamine plywood (needs to be stronger than chipboard and MDF). The door will be shorter than the cabinet and placed at the bottom. Hinges to be Blum soft close.

We are considering installing a spa in our courtyard and need some changes made to current decking to allow 2m x 2m spa to be sunk into the deck. Must have experience with both decking and ground preparation for spa. Please see image for some details of the job.

We're looking to get some built in bedroom wardrobes for three bedrooms, as well as some custom cabinetry for an angled loungeroom corner (thinking a mix of cupboards and open shelving). We have flat pack cupboards (already assembled) that we need installed against a wall to create a study nook. One base cupboard, a large pantry style cupboard and an upper cabinet to be secured into wall. You will need to remove, cut and reinstall skirting boards. Also require you to measure and cut pine wooden bench and shelves (no install as we need to stain first). Price displayed is proposed hourly rate, estimated a few hours of work.
