See attached plan where walls drawn in bold are the new walls to be constructed. Install 8 door stops. Remove wardrobe shelving ( see image) External Carpentry Works: Convert an existing window opening ( approximately 2m wide into a sliding door opening ( approximately 2- 2.2m wide) and Install new sliding door. Build 2 external steps from the new sliding door opening. Remove 2 external window hoods/awnings. Replace 2 damaged palings. Plane bottom of front gate so it opens freely. Sand and stain a wooden bench

3timber slats have rotted and need replacing. I have the timber available also one tongue and groove board on the landing needs to be replaced. . I have the timber available . Also one floorboard has an area of dry rot. and and this seems to go through two the bearer underneath. I am considering replacing all the boards with hardwood decking timber.
