I need a flooring Scotia made to replace a section of Scotia on my floors. This style is no longer commercially available and I need to have it replaced to match the rest of the house. I need about 2m long of this (sample available - pictures attached). This does not include installing the scotia.

Need help to open the floor door in the photos for termite inspection underneath

We have a laundry cupboard that has been damaged and needs replacing and re-installed. The doors and sides are ok to repurpose and use. The cabinet has been moved out of its original position underneath the laundry trough. The cabinet dimensions are 76.5cm wide 61cm deep x 67cm deep.

I have a glass sliding door going out to our back garden . It is about 205 cm height and 200cm wide. I want it removed and replaced with two (single glass panel ) French doors. Require removal and disposal of the aluminium sliding door and construction and fitting of the new doors. I also want door hardware installed (standard key lock lever style - we can supply) . I require standard door hinges on one door and wide throw hinges on the other door . Second pic is the existing door ( under the portico and to the left) and first is what I have in mind for the new doors and third is the type of hinges I have in mind for the one side ( to allow the door to open 180 degrees on the one side. The other side only needs to open 90 degrees).

Sand and seal jarrah table to remove surface water stains. Back of couch needs some love after being exposed to too much sun. I have the attached sanding paper and surface restore but would like more of an expert to touch this up.

I am an interior designer working on a Studio Apartment in Cottesloe. I have just had an Ikea Stainless Steel kitchen (Varsta) installed for the client but there are several filler panels, scribes and skirting that that cabinet maker is unable to install as he doesnt have a saw that cuts stainless steel. I need a wood bedside table made in dimensions 65cm high, 90cm wide, 50cm deep. It needs to have two narrow drawers at the top (5-6cm wide, 45cm long each) and then a further two to three drawers underneath it (each 90cm long). Looking to have this made out of wood. Pine is fine so it can be painted by myself. The top should be designed to be changed out later if I opt for a stone top on the longer term.
