This small Baldivis project may suit an experienced cabinetmaker with experience constructing curved kitchen-island ends and looking for a weekend or between-jobs project. Please include photos of similar work. I have four base cabinets positioned side by side: • 2400 mm long • 600 mm deep • 800 mm cabinet height • 80 mm legs/plinth • 13 mm thick white backing panel Main job: • Build, supply and install two matching curved island end panels. See reference images for the desired shape and decorative finish. • These ends create the extra depth needed for a 350 mm recessed stool-seating area behind the cabinets. • Use the same curve radius on all four outer corners, allowing a stone benchtop to have four matching curves.(Ideally, the stone will follow the island shape with matching curves and an approximately 50 mm overhang.) • Provide any framing, substrate or concealed support (if required) for the stone, particularly around the seating recess. The cabinetmaker may need to coordinate with the stonemason during construction to ensure the curves, measurements and supports are compatible. The stone will be supplied and installed separately. Decorative finish. • Supply and install light-timber half-round dowels or battens vertically around both curved ends. • On the stool side, continue the battens around each curve and return them approximately 350 mm toward the white backing panel. • The battens will not cover the back of the cabinet (full stool side). The white backing panel will remain visible between the two timber returns. • Apply a durable, wipe-clean clear finish that keeps the timber light and helps prevent staining. I am unsure where to source the curved substrate and half-round battens. Please advise on and supply suitable materials. Images are Ai generated so not exact.

Carpenter/handy person required to install approx. 10 linear metres of moulding (edging) at the base of a kitchen island bench and the tile flooring. Moulding is already painted and supplied. It is just the install I require. Thanks

New front door to be installed, raw, Meranti timber. Needs to be sealed the next day. Would like it stained I think or just three coats of ultra clear satin or matt. It's a plain front door, 2400 with glass side panels. Door security thing and a long handle, will be fitted. I have no idea what something like this costs. Happy to pay for the job to be done. I have 7 small natural shelves (already done resin in cracks) that i need routed to be floating shelves, already have sized brackets ready to go, just need them fitted into the backs of shelves

I have 4 display cabinets/bookcases I need secured to the wall as they topple over. Have brackets that come with it (see pic) , will need own tools etc the secure cabinets . Walls are wood or plasterboard I think (not brick) not comfortable doing it myself as I have no idea about finding studs etc. 2 x Double cabinets will be attached next to eachother on one wall, a double bookcase on another wall and a single display cabinet on another wall.
