I’m looking for a skilled and experienced carpenter to complete the following tasks: Scope of work: • Remove existing 1200mm door, jamb, and framing. • Install a new steel/glass 1450mm door with jamb, tube, hinges, etc. • Fit new pieces of skirting board on either side of the newly installed door. • Fit and tidy up two small additional pieces of skirting in other areas of the house – see images with description. Notes: • Must have own tools and nails for the skirting boards. • I’m happy to assist with holding/carrying the door — ensuring a one-person job. • All other materials (door, skirting boards, hinges, etc.) will be provided. • MUST Provide Tax invoice post works pre-payment, essential for me. Door should arrive around 22/10/2025. Good to go anytime following.

There are few marks from tea and coffee so would like to see if this can be removed from Caesar stone work bench in kitchen . Thank you Paulette

Looking for a carpenter to install skirting boards

I need a hardwood panel cut to size (including a semi circle shape as seen in the drawing) and maybe sand the edges where it was cut to get it smooth. I will supply the wood of course. I can drop off and pick up the wood if you are not too far away. - Due date: Flexible

Cut carpet according to joinery plans to make way for bookshelf to sit flush to wood floor. Return after foundry is in and fold carpet back against the joinery. - Due date: Flexible

I have purchased an electric fireplace (just a regular plug in and go model) but the frame of the fireplace (wooden) doesn’t sit flush against my walls as the walls have wainscoting on them. I need someone to come in and cut the frame slightly so that they can sit flush against my walls. You will need to have your own tools for cutting and measuring. Pictures attached for reference.
