The door is currently off and cannot be used, which looks unprofessional. The Job: The task is to professionally and securely re-hang the cabinet door. The scope of work will involve: 1. Assessing the condition of the door, the hinges, and the mounting plates on the cabinet frame. 2. Correctly re-attaching the door to the mounting plates. Ensure joists are spaced at 450 mm centres (as per flooring requirements). Install James Hardie Secura flooring sheets to the top of joists (screwed and sealed per manufacturer guidelines). Timber sleeve installed by my neighbour has started bending and showing signs of cracking. Since this timber sleeve sits under the shared fence on my neighbours side and has been pushing into my backyard. Neighbourhood doesn’t care and isn’t cooperative. Need someone to install supports on my side of the timber sleeve to prevent it from pushing further or breaking into my backyard.
