Wooden bed frame corner has broken where the metal bracket attaches to the frame. The screws have pulled out of the wood and the side rail has come loose. The bed base with the slats and motor is still working fine, but the outer wooden frame needs to be repaired and reinforced so it holds properly again. Photos are attached. It will likely need the bracket reattached with stronger screws, bolts, or a reinforcement plate. Should be a quick job for someone with basic tools. The chipped/broken wood on the rail also needs to be repaired or secured so the frame is stable.

Hi all, Needing a strip of timber or something suitable installed to hide where the hybrid flooring boards meets the patio doors. It will need cut slightly to have a notch in it. Then screwed to the floor. I would prefer it to be white (or grey or black), however I do have paint so will need to be painted if it’s just a wood colour. Then just screwed down into the concrete floor through the floor boards with suitable screws / fixings. Any queries please ask. Photo as shown. - Due date: Flexible

Overhead sanding, planing, levelling underside of timber deck post ends that run along joist at 3m height. This is in preparation for an outdoor blind head box fitting. 11 x 50mm wide x 125mm long post ends with 0-2mm overhang. 1 x 125mm wide x 125mm long post end with ~5mm overhang.
