The work involves checking all base cabinets to make sure they are level, square and structurally ready for 20mm stone installation. It also requires confirming that the overhead cabinets are properly fixed into studs and reinforcing them if needed. Some doors, drawers and panels need realignment so the kitchen is safe, stable and compliant before the benchtop is remeasured. This is not a job for a handyman. I need someone with formal cabinet making qualifications, an ABN registered for cabinet making or joinery, and experience preparing kitchens for stone installation.
