“Decorative rendered blue board box”, not structural, under the balcony has detached from one side and needs to be rectified. I’ve had the same situation under my other balcony and we found that water had gotten in over time and the timber framing rotted which meant nails attaching the rendered blue-board to the frame came out and the box fell down. This time it has not fallen off so will need to be taken down and the rotten part of the frame is to be replaced. Hopefully we can see where the water us coming in. see photos, including the first one showing what it originally looked like

Render 3 external blueboard walls. Blueboard has been professionally jointed and is ready to go. Walls are approx no 1 = 4000 x 2500 (inc double doors (2400x 2200) no 2 = 10000 x 3000 (inc 2x window 1200 x 2400) and no 3= 3200 x 2500 (inc 1 door 2200 x 800). Actual cover to render is approx 38 sqm.

Need plasterer to finish setting blueboarding walls and window trim on this extension. Blueboard has been installed on all walls however Joints and corners need to be set with compound. Also need to install Scyon trim in windows and set as well. Wall measurements are 2 walls 3mx2.8m and 1 wall 6mx 2.8. Scaffolding in place. Can supply all compounds or you can supply. Pictures attached. Experienced only need respond.
