Blinds in the kitchen fell off

Hi, I need a handyman to help install two blinds that I purchased from BlindsOnline. They are click-fit blinds, so no special tools or drilling should be required. The blinds were replaced by the company after the first set arrived with incorrect measurements. The new ones are here, but I am having trouble getting them to click properly into place. I have followed the instructions but cannot get them fitted. The job should be quick for someone who has installed blinds before. I just need someone experienced who can come and install both blinds correctly. Need x 3 blinds fixed. The bottom steal rod has come off the bottom of the blind.

The roller blind chain has come loose and is stuck inside the mechanism. It appears to have disconnected internally and I’m unable to reconnect it myself as the blind is positioned high up and I don’t have a ladder. I need someone to attend and reconnect/fix the chain so the blind operates normally again. A ladder will be required to access the blind.
