Blinds chain/cord replacement

The metal cord has come off the roller and it is stuck in the full down position.

I need someone to install 3 x skylight blinds to replace existing roller blinds. They're at a fair height. The bottom bracket is 4.75m off the ground inside, so you'll need a very tall ladder. The blinds are single honeycomb and being installed side-by-side over aluminium frames. The fixing is top and bottom onto timber. While you have access, could you also please sand back and varnish the surrounding timber. I'm buying them from Veneta blinds and they've supplied installation instructions.

Reattach cord on roller blind

The bedroom window was first with the roller blind but it was broken. We then replaced it with double rod curtains. However, the double rod seems a bit heavy that one of the brackets is detached and coming off the wall. Therefore, we would like to remove the rods and put back the roller blind (Inside the window) I have attached the images with the sequencing of the roller blind at first, next the double rod curtains, then brackets detached and coming off the wall. I am thinking of installing Pillar 180 x 240cm Dulux Natural White Day Night Indoor Roller Blind from Bunnings. (Separate from the quotes) The work will involve taking down the existing double rods curtains, patch up the cracked wall or screw holes and install the new roller blind (Inside the window).

Hang two blinds up in bedroom and lounge room windows (brick walls with gyprock, so will need suitable drill and wall plug and screws) Install/attach window lock to sliding windows x4 Put two small shelves up (into brick wall so will need suitable drill and wall plug and screws) To please bring wall plugs and screws as I don’t have these. Need these tasks done asap :)

The indoor roller blind releases the locking mechanism when it feels like it. It’s no longer reliable to use
