Replace the skirting boards of property and repair back gate

Looking for a carpenter/handyman to install Colonial skirting boarding in 2 rooms. Overall length is 20 linear metre. Some parts of the rooms have existing skirting that needs removing before installing new one. Looking to purchase my own skirting boarding (unless able to get trade discount with Bunnings).

I need someone to supply and install skirting boards in all the rooms on the ground level of my house besides the wet areas and kitchen. There's a living room, dining, hallway and entrance with timber floors and a master bedroom and study which is going to have carpet laid. There's 3 small steps too. You could start on Wednesday 4 June after the painters have left. I would like bedroom and study done before 9 June when carpet goes in but the rest can be done after that.
