Paint balustrades that will be replaced. Paint decking that is damaged, touch up skirting boards, doors etc internally that have chips. Paint section of VJ wall that will be replaced. Paint ceiling in one room. Can inspect job for more info.

Needing wire balustrade and hardwood handrails installed. Bays between posts around 20m in length. Some small decking tasks to finish off deck also available, which includes some decking boards to lay, cladding to fix and deck facing. Please see photos. Quantity: (4) Balconies Six (6) balustrade base plates per balcony (Total: 24 units) Description: • Mechanically remove residual post components from previously removed steel balustrades. Taking care to not damage balcony tiles. Exclusion zones required beneath where grinding is taking place (bollards & safety tape) • Each base plate is embedded within the masonry slab edge. • Cut and grind remaining steel flush with slab surface to facilitate mortar reinstatement. (Base plate can remain) • Prepare all areas for subsequent surface repair. Access: All-terrain scissor lift available onsite for elevated works. (Must have license)

Description: Need a skilled carpenter/builder to: • Remove old stairs, decking & balustrade • Fix cracked/loose treads, rotten posts & joists • Install new steel post & level sagging beam • Ensure railings meet Australian standards Please include experience, quote & earliest inspection date.

Replace bottom rail of both balustrades and install new slats ton half of each balustrade (may be able to get away with less). Painting will be done by others. Materials to be supplied and installed by Airtasker, including removal of removed materials.

Need approx 25 lineal metres of timber balustrade sanding ready for oiling (we will oil ourselves) It’s 42x42mm spotted gum battens so a bit fiddly and on first floor so ladder set up required too and own sander.

The first photo shows my current dated balustrade I’m keen to have it replaced with a vertical stringer style similar to the second photo (in black timber), I’d also like a matching handrail along the wall. Repair Balustrade on stairs to Deck

I need to redo my indoor stairs. I will remove the carpet but need a carpenter to check status and repair. Materials provided as requested, and will support you on handy work. - Due date: Flexible

We are currently doing some renovation where we have removed some walls alongside our internal stairs all the way up to the second floor. As you can see in the photos as a result of the removed walls we now have one side of the stairs and right above the stairs on the second floor requiring wire balustrading. We are going to have vertical balustrading all the way from the stairs timber beam all the way up to the second-floor balustrade handrails. I have provided you with the exact diagram and exact measurements for clarity about what exactly needs to happen for this wire balustrading. The straight section above the stairs is longer than the stairs as shown in the photos and drawing. Therefore, a small part of the second floor will require its own balustrade threads to be installed. If you have any questions please let me know. All materials will be provided unless you want to offer a good stainless steel wire with all fixtures which I will pay for that if the price is reasonable. Therefore, below tasks needs to be completed: 1- Vertical stainless steel balustrade installation as shown in the drawing and actual photos of the stairs and second-floor areas. 2- Installation of the additional 130 cm on the left side and 30 cm on the right side vertical wire balustrading as shown on the drawing. 3- Installation of timber handrails and requires posts on the second floor as required to be compliant with Australian standards. This task should usually not take more than 5 hours if you are qualified and an expert in these wire balustrading. Please note that you must be familiar with balustrading standards to ensure the installation safety complies. NOTE: I have already secured supplies for this task, however, I am looking for the right handrails and posts. Once the right person is assigned to this task we can discuss what timber handrails and posts we can buy to match the wire materials for internal use. - Due date: prior to 10th April
