Problem: * All 3 window winders have the same issue. * When I turn the handle, there is some resistance initially. * As I continue turning, there is a noticeable click/clunk, after which the handle spins freely. * The windows remain stuck closed and do not open. * Photos of the windows and A&L winder mechanisms are attached. I’m looking for someone who can diagnose the issue and repair or replace the faulty winder mechanisms or any other parts required. I have a 4 awning wires that comes out from motor and I need to connect them to main Power supply . I have a remote which means that there must be a continuous power supply to it. What i have read is that it says that it needs to connect to a junction box. Its a 4 wire cable. Black for extend,brown for retract , blue as in neutral and yellow/green as earth wires. Motorised awning would be above the back door/window. It would be 4m long. Single story and brick wall.
