Install waterproof roof to fence shade for small space in backyard

I need a long fibro cement balcony waterproofed, screwed down and resealed. It has worked loose. I would like 10 hours of work, and am willing to pay $100 an hour, plus expenses. With receipts. Would like a professional with an understanding of waterproofing.

Screws have fallen off the awning window frame. Need to glue some hardwood and drill the screws back in to refit hinge
