We need a fixed toilet window replaced with an awning window, keeping the privacy glass the same and adding an internal fly screen. A photo of the existing window is attached. Internal opening measures roughly 120 x 58.5 cm. Happy to arrange an inspection for a better quote. It’s the ground floor easily accessible from the backyard.
