You'll need a wall leaning extension ladder and drill or screw driver (to remove screws). Unscrew top of pipe; unclip fan, clip on new fan, add whirlybird to top of pipe, reattach pipe. No electrical work.

Replace gasket seal on door of haier dishwasher. I have the rubber seal.
